What if I’m really not good with technology?
That’s who Tech Sidekick is built for. We start with what you already know, use familiar language, and work through one task at a time. You don’t need to prepare or learn terminology first.
Do I need to buy an AI subscription?
Not necessarily. Many everyday tasks can start with free tools. We discuss any subscriptions or other costs before recommending a setup, so you can decide what is worthwhile.
Will AI replace the way I already do everything?
You choose where it helps. The goal is to make a few tasks easier while keeping you in control. We start small and build only on what proves useful.
Is it safe to put personal information into AI?
Different tools have different privacy settings and policies. We help you understand those choices and practice with non-sensitive examples. Don’t enter passwords, financial account details, client records, or other sensitive information without understanding how a tool handles it.
Can I trust everything AI tells me?
No. AI can sound confident and still be wrong. We teach you how to check important details and recognize when a qualified professional is needed, especially for medical, legal, and financial matters.
What does consulting cost?
Packages start at $149. Pay a 50% down payment to begin, credited toward your package. The remaining 50% is invoiced after your first session and due before the remaining sessions or deliverables. Software subscriptions are separate. See the package details and payment terms below.

Clear before you commit.
Your down payment is 50% of the selected package and is fully credited toward the total. It does not automatically book a time. We confirm your appointment separately. No remaining balance is automatically charged.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining 50% is invoiced after your first session and due before any remaining sessions or delivery of your action sheet, templates, or other package materials. There is no recurring billing.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your first appointment for a full refund of your down payment. If no appointment has been confirmed, your down payment is refundable in full. For less than 24 hours’ notice or a missed session, your down payment can be applied once to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days. If Tech Sidekick cannot provide the agreed service, any unused payment is refunded. For cancellation after work begins, charges are limited to work already delivered at the package’s prorated session rate; any excess payment is refunded.
What information is collected?
Stripe collects your contact and payment information during checkout. Tech Sidekick uses your contact details to arrange and provide consulting. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this website. Do not share passwords, account numbers, or sensitive records during discovery or training. This site does not use advertising trackers.
