Less troubleshooting.
More time together.
Help a parent, partner, or family member feel more comfortable with their technology. Begin with what they want to do, at their pace.
Make room for
the person using it.
- Choose one task that matters to them
- Ask about a slower explanation or larger-text settings
- Practice video calls, photos, apps, or simple controls
- Discuss whether an authorized family helper should join
The device or account owner must authorize access and changes. Paying for help does not grant access to another person’s accounts.
Good questions.
Straight answers.
Can I join the session?
Discuss that with the person receiving support and with us before the session. They decide whether you participate and what may be shared.
Can you provide medical monitoring or emergency alerts?
No. Our service is technology consulting and supported setup, not healthcare, emergency response, or a substitute for a caregiver.
Can someone help without using AI chat?
Yes. Call or email us directly. AI chat is optional and has its own registration and permission requirements.
Tell us what isn’t working.
You don’t need to know the technical words. Start with what you want your technology to do.
